HOW TO BECOME A PRODUCER
Would you like to become a AmWINS Specialty Auto Producer?

If you are interested in becoming a producer for AmWINS Specialty Auto and are a licensed independent agent, please take the following steps:

  • Contact AmWINS Specialty Auto at (888) 617-3375
  • We will arrange for a marketing representative to visit your office
  • Fill out the following forms (downloadable in the PDF format)
TEXAS AGENTS
    Agency Questionnaire
    W-9 Tax Form
   AGENT Electronic Withdrawal Authorization Form
   Commissions DD Agreement

  • Fax the completed forms to the attention of Marketing at (888) 428-9711
  • After review and approval, you will be assigned a producer number and contacted about needed supplies and/or training.
